FAQs

I want a tattoo but I'm on a limited budget. How do you determine the pricing?

Our rates start at P2000 for 2x2" black and grey minimalist design, and P3000 for colored. We base our prices on the intricacy of the design, the size, as well as the placement of the tattoo. If you're on a limited budget, let us know! We'll be happy to help create a design that would fit your budget.

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, click here.

For same day booking or urgent inquiries, you can reach out to us via instagram (@tattoonebula.art) or via text / call to 0998 557 4421.

How soon should I book an appointment?

Our weekend slots fill up quickly, so we suggest booking a weekend slot at least 2 weeks in advance. For weekday schedules, at least the week before.

Can I change or cancel my scheduled session?

For the convenience of our artists and other clients, kindly inform us at least a week before your appointment if there will be cancellations or changes to be made regarding your booking. This will give us ample time to offer the time slot to another client.

A non-deductible fee of P2000 will be applied for last-minute cancellations or "no shows".

You can read more on our studio's cancellation / rescheduling policies here.

Do you also tattoo in color?

Yes! We carry a wide array of colored inks. Eternal Ink, Fusion Ink, Radiant Ink, and Dynamic Ink are just a few of the ink brands we use at the shop. All of them are cruelty free!

How do I care for my new tattoo?

You will be given a set of instructions after your session. We also carry aftercare cream. Ask our receptionist about it!

What are the things I should know in advance in order to prepare for my session?

Congrats, and thank you for trusting us with your first tattoo! Prior to arriving at your appointment, please make sure you're well rested, had a full meal, and that you're hydrated. Also make sure that you don't party too hard the night before your session because alcohol can increase bleeding which will make it harder for the ink to stick to your skin as this dilutes the pigment. If you feel woozy, have some soda! And most importantly, just relax! Don't psych yourself out! Make sure you're chill and your session will go by smoothly. All of this is to ensure an easy and comfortable session for you and your artist.

Do you do cover ups?

Yes, we do! For cover ups, we suggest booking a consultation with one of our artists so we could see your existing tattoo in person and suggest new designs for it! The same goes for tattoo enhancements and retouch.

Do you create customized designs?

Yes, and we prefer this actually! Our artists are all very talented and specialize in a variety of styles.

For a customized design, we suggest coming in for a consultation for larger pieces. For small to medium designs, you could shoot us an inquiry here! Indicate the size in inches, your desired placement, and be as descriptive as you can!

Do you do white/uv ink tattoos?

Yes, we do! But! Do your research first on white ink and UV ink tattoos. They tend to fade faster than regular ink, and white ink could also heal with a brownish tint that looks like a scar. Healing varies from person to person, so it's best to get a small tattoo with these inks first before you commit to a larger piece! That way you can see how it heals on your skin.

Does it hurt?

Pain tolerance varies from person to person, so what would be painful for one would probably feel more like a tickle for another. As a general rule, bony areas like the ribs, knuckles, knees, and feet tend to be more sensitive than other parts of the body.

Do you do piercings?

Yes, we do! Our piercer is available every Friday to Sunday. For more info, click here!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit of P2000 that will be deducted from your total on the day of your session and is used to secure your booking. Once your booking is confirmed, our payment details will be sent to you through email and must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.

What are your modes of payment?

As much as possible, we try to go cashless. We accept online transfers to BPI, BDO, GCash, and PayPal. We don't accept checks.

What's your availability?

Each of our artists have a shifting schedule. Shoot us a message to find out your preferred artist's availability!

What are your studio hours?

We are open from Tuesdays to Sundays, 11:00AM to 7:00PM. We are also open for most holidays except Holy Week, All Souls' Day, and the Christmas Holidays.
